Thank you for your interest in registering in the 2021 summer clinic with Anna Twinney.
This packet contains important information for the clinic including lodging accommodations. We look forward to having you at the clinic and are committed to making it a memorable learning experience. Please call us if you have any questions 701-254-4205.
Details:
• Clinic runs from approximately 9:00 to 5:00 each day.
• We will update you regarding meal options as we get closer to the event.
• If arriving before the first day of the clinic, please inform The Nokota Horse Conservancy® office of your estimated arrival time/date so that we may have someone available to welcome you.
What to Bring to Clinic (Participants and Auditors)
• Rain Gear
• Sun protection
• Lip protection
• A warm coat, hat, gloves (while the weather is generally nice in June, it can be very hot or pretty cold)
• Horse safe footwear for all weather conditions
Additional equipment required for participation will be provided by the clinician.
Dogs: As much as we love dogs, we ask that your dogs remain at home.
Cancellation Policy
Clinic will be held rain or shine. In the event you need to cancel, a refund will not be given.
Getting There...
Driving Directions to Nokota® Nexus Clinic at the Paul Silbernagel Ranch:
Navigate to Linton, ND. Take Highway 13 east from Linton one mile to the first RIGHT past the Seeman Park turn (look for the Conservancy sign at the highway entrance and the red gates). Turn right into ranch entrance through the double red gate. Follow the road approximately 1 mile to the corrals.

Air Travel Option:
The nearest airport is Bismarck Municipal Airport, approximately 1 hour north of Linton.
Rental cars are available at the airport.

Seaman Park Campground: 10 RV sites; tent sights; showers. $10 per night.
General Schedule:
June 13: Early morning foal check (come help us look for newborn foals); Round up and sorting of clinic horses. After lunch join the gathering of geldings and mares for the clinic along with the transporting of a stud with his mares to their summer prairie pastures and observe the bands.
